Anna K experiences

Bhavana

I don't think I have ever heard anything bad about this deck. I'm ordering it this week from Tarot Garden.

ow thats great someone to keep me company while waiting for this deck to arrive.
I've ordered directly from the artits website. Wonder if thats faster then tarotgarden. She is posting them from Germany wich in reality should be close to The Netherlands. But the post is a bit warped lately. I've received orders from China three weeks before i received an parcel from England while they were send to me at the same time.

Someone on the de-enabling thread said the deck was full of misshapen hobbits in need of orthodontia. :)

The first deck that shouted out at me

"Someone on the de-enabling thread said the deck was full of misshapen hobbits in need of orthodontics"

Pffffffffffttttt. It's a darling deck! Don't listen to them. I pre-ordered mine last year (2nd ed.) and it's my favorite deck so far. It wasn't my first deck, just the first one with images I could really connect to. So much so that when i discovered a couple of the cards had been damaged in my move to a new home, I was devasted and rushed to order another copy. After some assessment I decided to store my shiny new 2nd copy and continue to use the slightly damaged one. LOL. No one gets to touch that deck but me. I'm not one to harbor much in the way of maternal instincts but I protect that deck as if it were a child.

I have both editions of the deck and love it. That comment in de-enabling did make me laugh, though.

The de-enabling thread is what is says on the lid. No deck escapes!

Put your most treasured, beautiful deck on there and see what they have to say about it!

On a more serious note, no-one worry about what the de-enablers have to say about the Anna K. ;)

I like this deck ok, but it doesn't like me.
I have gotten nothing but grumpy, harsh readings from it.
And believe me I have tried many times to connect with it.
I hope you love it, and have good luck reading with it.

Someone needs to put their glasses on when examining the deck! It's a great deck, I think you'll be pleased.

The Anna K. is one of the best decks out there. The card stock is sturdy, but flexible with a beautiful, matte finish. Unlike many decks, the card names are small and subtle and do not detract from the beauty of the artwork. The card backs are some of the most beautiful I have seen. The artwork is stunning and the colors are vibrant and gorgeous and while the deck sticks heavily to the RWS meanings, there is room to allow for the intuition to run wild. It is one of my most used and loved decks for all of the above mentioned reasons. As Autumn (my favorite season) draws closer, I look forward to using it as my primary deck. It just has a very warm, autumnal feel to it. It makes me want to grab a warm cup of pumpkin spice tea and curl up in front of the wood stove for a reading or two. I don't think you will be disappointed.

When I ordered my cards, Anna was excited about sending her first deck to Israel. What a sweetheart she is, and so pleasant to deal with. The "K" stands for "Klaffinger", and she was very amused to learn that "klaf", in Hebrew means "card" or "parchment", so she's Anna of the Klaffim.

Also, my daughter, who is studying to be a tourguide, looks exactly like her Ace of Wands. Anna says that when she painted that card, she was feeling incredibly happy and positive, which is also like my daughter! :)
