Fearing the Queen of Pents - HELP please!

Hi,

I did a 10 cards spread, RWS, no reversal. The Queen of Pents turned up in the hopes, desires and fears position of the other person (and not the sitter). Which I read as:

Hopes and desires: nurturing, caring, sensuous, earthy and practical.

Fear: high maintenance and/or money minded.

Can others please help me understanding the Queen of Pents in the fear position?

Could you fear a person in your life who's like that ? An actual person, rather than something general ?

Maybe your sitter fears being trapped by domesticity and having to sacrifice or compromise her present life and/or ambitions for the picket fence, hubby, kids and dog/cat. I know I do.

Thanks a lot for sharing your views. Sorry I didn't mention this isn't my fear, hopes, desires. It was a relationship reading and the QoP turned up in that position for the guy. Do you think that QoP could be feared as a perfectionist or that would more be QoS terrain?

So, the other person fears she could turn him towards domesticity? Interesting but she isn't the type.

QoP is HIS hopes, desires and fears not HERS, though she was the sitter.

Position 7 is her hopes, desires and fears. Position 8 is his hopes, desires and fears where QoP turned up.

Well, in that case, just translate it to him - is HE afraid of such a person in his life ? It needn't be a woman, just someone who tries to make him into what SHE wants, and boss him around. But it could be the other person in the relationship. Not necessarily perfectionist, just wanting to change him into what she wants in him. So many people take up with someone who isn't what they want and then try to make them INTO that person. It's thoroughly destructive.

Thanks a plenty and it makes much sense. She is that bossy type who wants what she wants and how she wants. It could be a severe kick to his male ego and he fears being reduced to an inch long creature dancing to her tune.

I agree with this if it were the feelings and fears of the woman..

For the other person, I'd say this is very apt. Maybe he's been in a relationship like that and sees the same traits in her so he's gun shy.
