Sorry, but I have a hard time seeing the Devil blown off that easily. Athough he says that it's over and became emotional, you still accepted and used his money (a significant amount, by the sounds of it) -- and he didn't receive what it was earmarked for within his mind/intention. So there's still a debt owed, something that a Devil doesn't just "forget". (Watch a little 'Judge Judy' for details...) I'd suggest repaying him, anyway -- by registered mail, if need be -- even if only to truly rebalance yourself/your own energy.

IndigoWaves, hm.... there is wisdom in what you're saying. The amount is roughly $640.00. I will set aside some of my income, and then when I have the cash in hand, contact him and say I am ready to repay him, just in case he might need money at that point. Thanks for your thoughts.

Ditto that IMO.
(I was hoping you were still ruminating on all of this :) ).
As a friend of mine once wrote in a catchy piece of poetry (which I have sadly, since lost
so I can never read it again...)

"...It's the things that you leave undone, that bring a little heartache with the setting of the sun"

You can actually - though unless you are a lot older than you look, I don't think your friend wrote it; Margaret Sangster did.

The Sin of Omission
by: Margaret E. Sangster

It isn't the thing you do, dear,
Its the thing you leave undone
That gives you a bit of a heartache
At setting of the sun.
The tender work forgotten,
The letter you did not write,
The flowers you did not send, dear,
Are your haunting ghosts at night.

The stone you might have lifted
Out of a brother's way;
The bit of heartsome counsel
You were hurried too much to say;
The loving touch of the hand, dear,
The gentle, winning tone
Which you had no time nor thought for
With troubles enough of your own.

Those little acts of kindness
So easily out of mind,
Those chances to be angels
Which we poor mortals find~
They come in night and silence,
Each sad, reproachful wraith,
When hope is faint and flagging,
And a chill has fallen on faith.

For life is all too short, dear,
And sorrow is all to great,
To suffer our slow compassion
That tarries until too late:
And it isn't the thing you do, dear,
It's the thing you leave undone
Which gives you a bit of heartache
At the setting of the sun.

It seems to end up quoted slightly differently all over, but...

Also known as "Opportunities"... - that one is marked up "anon" :D

That was not the poem.
But he may have plagiarised that phrase.

Thankyou :)

It sounds like you'd be hoping for him to say "Nah, I don't need it, never mind..." etc. -- which he may very well do, subtly trying to keep the debt in force (as a Devil would) -- but my point is to give it back, anyway.

Once it's been saved up, you can ask how he'd prefer to receive it, but that could easily turn into a game of meeting up and still refusing to take the cash (if so, just set it down in front of him and quickly take off, preferably with a friend/witness present). In any case, don't wait for 'permission' or let him otherwise postpone the repayment... That's where registered mail comes in; even if he doesn't cooperate, you still get his dirty money off your hands. Cheers.

Thanks for watching my back, friends. I am new in this group and I feel all the caring. Thank you.

I think Tarot does that to a person...make them more genuinely helpful. I know that the reason I love reading for others is because of the sense I get that I am being of service and helping others. I think this seeps into all areas of our lives.

Uhmmmmmm.... I felt that after my little dabbling with spellcraft that my deck got "tired." I won't do any readings with them for a short while. I do know that when my crystals get tired all I need is to bathe them in moonlight and they become happy. I don't know how to help my deck rest. Suggestions, please?

gregory

A deck doesn't get tired - it's just cardboard with pictures. YOU may be tired. Take some time out.

I know when I'm tired, but what you're saying here is that when I feel that my deck is tired, that I am wrong, and you are right?
