That's a behavior, which appears "always", not naturally indicating a specific time.
A battle with specific locations.
As the same war reappeared around 1790, it might be naturally an actual hint of c. 1790 , which pointed to the earlier trouble of c. 1770.
3 heroes which fought against Troja appear at 63-65, which gives a war against the Ottomans in Constantinople a special view (close to old Troja). Curiously France (or the French kings) believed once to have descended from a son of Aeneas (a Trojan hero, not a Greek attacker on Troja). And France had been occasionally allied to the Ottomans.
The map is curious, not easy to explain.
