Bubbles- another Fey study

my 7

Knave of Swords-
Juggler-opposition-air-skill-precision-solace-hands

8 of Swords-
Captive-innocence-injustice-hidden-jealousy-oppressed-hopelessness

10 of Swords-
Disintegration-dust-damage-weakness-protection-unworthy-transmutation

2 of Pentacles-
Joyful-matriarch-comfort-strength-ability-adoration-focus

I'd add some thoughts, if I had them....it seems that I have gotten the bug that is going around. Just about the only thing in my head is that feeling that someone has put it into a vise.

Mimers

Knave of Swords - magic, focus, intent, mixed, balance, hot, cold

8 of Swords - regret, submission, defeat, hopeless, grey, alone, sadness

10 of Swords - Surprise, shock, change, broken, unprepared, unable, conceit

2 of Pentacles - play, balance, entertainment, giving, sharing, light, free (as in freedom)

what was very interesting for me was that it was very difficult coming up with 7 words for the swords cards, yet for the Pentacle, it was very easy. Words kept popping into my head. Makes you wonder if our imagination and thoughts are closed to negative things, and more open to the more positive images.

Sorry to be late, juggling like the Knave here!

Knave of Swords:
flippant, juggling, taunting, trickster, masked, two-sided, gameplayer

Eight Swords:
threat, bound, trapped, victim, submit, plot, escape

Ten Swords:
disintegration, unplanned, shock, whirlwind, changing, unknown, let go

Two Pentacles:
opposites, duality, curiosity, explore, conversation, exchange, learn

-----
In these associations I kept having thoughts of the "simultaneous and opposite" potential or duality in any situation/individual. Which is unlike the elements' more pure (unsullied) qualities.

elvenstar

knave of swords: stasis immobility frozen break collapse beginning fresh
eight of swords: bound trapped escape adrenaline running freedom bird
ten of swords: fear death pain sorrow emotion heart love
two of pentacles: smile smug confident secure positive lively light

Well, I just noticed all my swords started out pretty grim but I unconsciously turned them all around by the time I'd reached the last word :D. The ten of swords was the quickest one of all, the words just flowed of their own accord...

....I so relate!!!

here again I have put things all together for easy viewing. Interesting some of the 'repeats' for both the cards and elements.
It seems that Imagemaker and I where 'inside' the same bubble at times.

Wow- all these words, so much to play with!! I can think of a lot of things to do with them!
We have the same or at least similar words with in the single cards, and then some words can be found in more than one card.

One example is with the 10 of Swords-
Disintegration appears twice, change & changing (transmutation), we also have damage/broken; and there are a lot of 'UN' words.
I find this interesting considering the 'completed' that is generally associated with the '10' cards.
