Sacred Circle 7 of Wands

Fulgour

With the changing of the season going full swing, my mind
turned to wondering about the ancient significance of such
earth-drawings... I wonder if this one marked a site where
people would gather in the Spring, or if there was a crisis,
and the need was for the warriors to gather quickly...?

This would be something everyone would be able to find.

That makes such a LOT of sense. Do you suppose that if they excavated there, they would find the remains of a warrior or kings' grave? In the greenwood Tarot, this giant is used for 5 wands, which is in that deck, Power. Also, In the Arthurian (Hallowquest) #20, the Sleeping Lord (Judgement,) shows the sleeping form of Arthur under a the hill. I think this is much the same idea, in that it is the "burial" place of a mythic warrior and defender who will awaken at need. There's also the head of Bran, buried at the Tower of England, to ward and protect the nation.

I look at all of the sevens in the tarot as don't give up, have faith that you will rise above your difficulties, and to have patience.
