It might also be a good idea to join Ebay, and sell your tarot on Ebay.

You can create buy-it-now instead of auctions. This is a good way to sell items, and not too expensive.

It takes a few hours to learn how to set up a Buy-it-now page, but once you have this set up it is easy to renew. You can set up some Buy-it-now pages in German, and some in English. Also you can make Buy-it-now pages with prices in Euros and some with prices in US dollars. If you have problems perhaps some friend could help you.

Payment is made automatically using Paypal and is is very easy to do.

You would have to have some sample scans of the cards and a good description to get some sales.
