I did purchase it. It is definitely a darker (literally, not metaphorically) deck because the BM source is a darker copy of the Dodal than that used for the Dusserre. The reproduction is decent - the pixels are visible so it's grainy, but it makes for a good study deck. It's also printed on nice, easy-to-shuffle stock. It's not my go-to Marseilles deck, but I do like being able to consult it to see how things change from Noblet through Payen and Dodal.

If this helps, I really prefer it to the Noblet (Peterson) deck, given that that has generated some discussion recently.
