Ronia is essentially correct in that answer - Look at sign and house - all squares are not the same, even between the same two planets.
So: Venus will always try to 'act' according to her intrinsic nature - for example bringing things together, uniting, creating a sense of belonging and worth
Saturn will always try to 'act' in something of an opposite manner, for example, isolating. excluding, self protecting, structuring, creating and defining boundaries.
The extent to which they are able to express their intrinsic nature depends on two factors; their sign (and degree) and their house placement. A factor that modern Astrology tends to ignore is the minor dignities of Bounds and Decan. But Venus does have dignity by Bounds and Decan in Virgo, and those dignities overlap. Saturn does have dignity by Bounds and Decan in Sagittarius. there will be noticeable variations through the sign, though the dominant influence will be Mercury's rulership for Venus and Jupiter's rulership for Saturn
Now the aspect you mention has no house placement, but there will be a significant difference in life if Venus is in the tenth and Saturn is in the first, compared to Venus in the eighth and Saturn in the eleventh or fifth. The former square will tend to manifest much more obviously and effectively than the latter.
One last point. Traditionally there are two types of square. One from the right and one from the left. For example, Venus in Libra squares Saturn in Capricorn from the right. Put Saturn on the Ascendant and you will see that Venus is on the MC (using whole signs). It was always thought that this square would see Venus dominating Saturn in the outcome (allowing for essential dignities).
If you put Saturn in Libra and Venus in Capricorn, then Saturn was thought to end up dominating the outcome. Trines and Sextiles also have these variants. The idea was that the planet that is earlier in the zodiac comes off best.
