Fascinating (and thankful!) that someone finally published a list after hearing about 'toxic stones' for many years.
I am not a metaphysician, but is seems most of the stones on this list contain aluminum, copper, or iron ... which we need traces of to stay alive. How much would you ingest from a small stone soaked in a bottle of water? OR is it that an elixir contains alcohol?
I would stay away from those containing mercury, arsenic, etc. - but except for the one or two radioactive ones - is handling them for the 30-40 seconds you may handle a stone really going to hurt you?
So glad to see that quartz crystals are not on the list!
