Court cards?

hi all if you have asked a question regarding a person ( ie: will x take the opportunity that is offered to them) and their court card comes up as the outcome would you say it is up to them what they do? Would the outcome be what ever they decide?
Looking forward to your views :)

Yes, I'd say it's up to them, and I'd also expect them to make that decision according to the Court that represents them. E.g. if they're represented by Knight of Wands, they'll grab it or dismiss it without much thinking, based on their first impulse of interest/disinterest, etc.
