Scans of Tourcaty, Lequart, Conver Bicentennial and Chosson

Hello

I am looking for full scanned deck (Majors is enoughs) of Tourcaty (TdM) and Lequart signed Arnoult (style Besançon -1748 - Cartier de Paris).

I know there are some scans with the reviews on this website, but I need more complete scans if possible.

I found a full scanned deck of Conver Bicentennial Camoin on:

http://tarotchoco.quebecblogue.com/t...canes-majeurs/

http://tarotchoco.quebecblogue.com/t...1960-honneurs/

...and also a François Chausson full deck:

Connoisseur, enjoy!

I sent you a private message with a link to an archive with a few cards in a worthy resolution I found a little while ago I can't remember where, alas very far from the full deck. (posting here to be sure you won't miss the PM)

Thank U very much Bertrand!

Hope I will receive some more answers to this thread...

I am also looking for scans of:

Tarot de Marseille

By Piatnik (Ignaz Krebs)
By Jean Dodal 1701, Dusserre
By Jean Noblet, old version
By Jean Payen (1743)

I mean, other than the few one wa can find on the review threads of the Aeclectic tarot site. If there are some threads shoing some of these scans, please redirect me!

For info, there is an interesting complete Conver's majors scan (second half XIX°) on the Camoin website:

http://www.camoin.com/tarot/Tarot-Ma...nver-1760.html

And some others, like Suzanne Bernardin, and if someone have more scans of this game I am very much interested:

if you need really good scans, then you'd better order them directly from the Bibliotheque Nationale de France, this would cost you a few bucks depending on the resolution you need but if you're into serious research, it should be worth its price.
Other alternatives include getting a Dusserre edition of the Dodal, not as good as scans from the original, and of course concerning the Dodal, the JC Flornoy's version is a must have - it's a strict restoration, nearly perfect in that it doesn't betray the lines nor the colors, it's in no way a modern and fancy interpretation of the Tarot like for instance Jodo/Camoin's or Hadar's tarots. So even if you work on scans of the Dodal, this edition is also a must have as it may show you details you could have missed otherwise.
Same goes for the Noblet by the way.

Frankly, I believe it could have been interesting if we knew how the colors have been processed when scanned and of course if there was a bigger than thumbnail version available.

The BNF conver seems much more interesting than the 1860 edition.

Thank you Bertrand, I just didn't know that some good scans were available at the BNF (on Gallica.com?)!

Do you think there is also the Suzanne Bernardin 's deck?

I just go trying that way!

Thank you again

Unhappy Not so easy ??!

Well I try to find the scanned ddeck of Dodal, Conver etc on the BNF website but it seems a little difficult.

Do you know were exactly I must search? I try with the world Tarot, thera are a lot of books, some Flornoy's tarot (decks or only presentation? It's not so clear, because if it's decks s it's... free, in principle? Don't understand) and when I put them in my cart to receive them by email, nothing happens... they only tell that everything is ok, I will receive in a few minutes...

Waiting...

Help!

you can make a search on their online image bank
http://images.bnf.fr/jsp/index.jsp
several pictures worth watching there, and you can order them online too.

Anyway for the specific items you are looking for, the following is the way to go - an excellent advice Yves le Marseillais gave several times before -

Thanks for the links to the Conver Bicentennial.

Here's a link to some huge scans of the complete 1860, compliments of kenji.

Camoin has some modest scans of the Arnoult. They have logos across them, but they're the only scans of all 22 majors I've been able to locate.

Camoin

The World Web Playing Card Museum has some larger scans of five majors and one minor.
