Bride of Frankenstein!!!!

It has to be!

There can't be a son until there is a bride.
It's the rules.
ER - pardon ??? }) I want a bride - but there are one heck of a lot of sons with no brides in this world !!! :D

Le Fanu

These are the goodies I have;

Temperance; Paulina
Devil; Middle-sized Thoth/ Magical Forest/ Zerner-Farber
Hermit; Tarot of the Spirit (AG Muller)
The Hanged Man (Tarot of Love; AG Muller; ETA; I think it's this one)
Judgement; LoS Shaman Tarot
Justice (VIII); Stella Tarot
The Star; an unidentified Cat deck (sent by photokat for the last Frankendecken)
8 of Pents; Women's Tarot (AG Muller)
9 of Pents; Arcus Arcanus (in English)
Knight of Pentacles; LoS Visconti Sforza with gold leaf

Best thing to do is to write out the list and start plotting the cards we have on it then we know where we are and can see at a glance what is taken and which decks are *done*

Of course it has to be Bride of Frankendecken. The kiddies come after...

I've made some assignments in post #2. That's where I'll be updating things.

BlueDragonfly, I'm thinking that if we make Deck #2 be The Bride then I'll want your RWS Empress. If we were to go with this being The Son then I'd like to have the RWS High Priestess.

What say you all? Bride or Son?
I vote for Bride, but if Son of Frankendecken should be born instead, I've got the Magician, Emperor, Hierophant, Hermit, Devil, Sun, or World also. Just let me know!

 Looks like we all want to be Traditional about this . . . so the Bride of Frankendecken she is!

Shall we give her a nickname too? I skimmed through a book with names & meanings while the thunderstorm kept me offline.

There is the obvious: Shelley

Arden (burning with enthusiasm)

Bree (defender)

Brigid (strength, power)

Emma (embracing everything)

Gina (Regina: queen)

Gwyn (fair, blessed)

Mel (Melina: honey)

More suggestions & opinions, please!

Oh Shelley. That's just so - MONSTROUS :) and also tacky (no offence to Shelleys; just calling it for dear Mary is so....*digs hole deeper*).

Hits the spot !

}) I thought of Marie as a play on the French word for bride . . . :p

Oddity

Or Elsa?
Like Elsa Lanchester who played Bride of Frankenstein in that awesome hairdo...

-----

ETA: She had two roles in the movie – The Bride AND Mary Shelley.

Two birds with a stone, or whatever the saying is...

Le Fanu

There were some other good suggestions at the beginning of the other project. I like the idea of Bride of Frankendecken; (semi-colon) Tarot of the whatever/ something along these lines...

ETA; just checked & no. The name of Frankendecken;Tarot of the 78 Spares came along pretty quickly... I thought there were more suggestions.

OOh - what was Miss Havisham's first name ?

ETA - no-one knows - but in the opera based on Great Expectations they call her Aurelia...
