Does anyone know where Mde. Lenormand original deck of cards is? I went to Paris last year but nobody could give me any information about that. The apartment In Saint Germain where she lived has no sign on it.

I don't believe anyone has her deck- the earliest decks bearing her name were published after her death and the histories I've read make no mention of any specific artifacts

I'm not sure from your post if you know, but the 36-card deck that is the subject of this forum is named after Mme. Lenormand but wasn't used by her. The deck existed during her lifetime but as far as we know it had no connection to her, and after her death publishers started publishing our 36-card deck under her name to capitalize on her fame.

She was certainly an interesting person though! There's a lot of good info on the Internet. I like Mary Greer's blog:
