Gong Hee Fot Choy

Does anyone know about this system? It uses playing cards and was published in the 70's by Margeret *can't remember her name* but anyway this "game" is out of print. I was jsut wondering if someone knew more about it.

Is this game played with the Mah Jongg cards?

I had this deck once & I'm thinking that at the back of the book it told how to play Gong Hee Fot but I may be wrong also.I was thinking that they play this game at Chinese New Years. Does anyone know?
