The Lovers relationship outcome?

I don't have that deck, but when I took a look at the image on the card it's as if he's in the water (emotions) and she's half out of it/half in. One hand is held the other is free. So it seems to be the process of making a decision, she's not totally in/not totally out. They do look like they're into each other, though. And those dolphins were trying to tell me something too, dare I say I was thinking along the lines of "group sex"! Dolphins have many options to choose from?
