Using tarot cards before a storm or during a storm?

For me, there's something about heavy rains and thunderstorms that makes things strangely very sharp and clear. Melancholic, but otherworldly and powerful at the same time. This is a very good idea, I shall try this. And what with my side of the tropics entering the season of rains and storms this is very timely.

I can think of a few Tarot decks that are apropos for this.
