66-card divination deck c. 1790 France

The deck was mentioned by Dummett/Decker / Depaulis: A wicked pack of cards ...
with "The designs [of Petit Oracle des Dames] are borrowed in part of from a 66-card fortune-telling deck (Footnote 4 in Chapter 7) and in part from Etteilla's version of the Tarot pack." (p. 144)

Footnote 4 tells: "See Depaulis 1989, no 99" . This refers to Thierry Depaulis, Les cartes de la Révolution etc.

This deck is truly a gem.
There is some theatricality, operatic gestures in certain cards.
48 L'impérieuse (ma vollontée fait ma loix suprême). Of course it's the tiers-état (ma volonté fait la loi suprême) but it could be a lovely opera singer (ma volonté fait ma voix suprême)
38 l'éventail
40 the Agnès of Molière with her little cat
62 Sémiramis (very operatic) and all the mytological characters recurring in the operas.

It reminds me that Guignard de Saint-Priest, as secrétaire de la Maison du Roi then Ministre de l'Intérieur, was in charge of the Menus-Plaisirs du Roi. He intended to build a new Opera house Rue Saint-Nicaise, where the storerooms and workshops of the Opera of the Porte Saint-Martin and the Tuileries's stables were at that time.

66 cards
66 divided by 3 = 22

Somehow it makes logic to associate the Fool to 22, at least in the French context.

There are themes, which appear in groups of 3, for instance ships (13-14-15), messengers (34-35-36) and Trojan heroes (63-64-65)

The second "22" (23-44) is filled with real persons (not allegorical personifications).

23-27 five men, 28 grandmère, 29-33 five difficult (?) men (the last a male child), 3 male messengers (34-36; totally 13 men and 1 women)

37-44 are all women (8 women). The first (37 Cortisanne parvenue) receives the letter (Objekt to the 3 messengers 34-36. The second last is 43, the female child, and the last is 44 Tristesse (widow at a grave).

1-22 and 45-66 are not without "real persons". 1-4 (King-Queen and 2 ministers) and a commissar with a garde (in the lower group), in the upper group it's difficult to decide, what figures are real and which not. In the lower part of it there might be hidden planets between 45-56. Peace looks like Sun and War like Mars.

A Russian deck from Moscow 1825 with 41 cards from totally 42 cards was found, which in its motifs have a strong similarity to motifs used in the 66-cards divination deck.

Further explanations inside the discussions:

I made a comparison between the 41-cards of the Moscow 42-cards deck of the year 1825 and the complete 66-cards French divination deck.

Result:

From the first 42 cards No. 1-42 (66-cards-deck) 39 meet a roughly identical motif in the 41 cards. The 2 ministres (No. 3 + 4) are missing (somehow logical) and the Lady with the number 38. Two cards are additional (not included).

The missing cards, whereby the Lady No. 38 should be really missing. The following both are new motifs:
