its not that easy, you do have to put some thought into it. for instance moon and sun together in a GT or a spread can mean new moon, but also what new moon? also you need to check out the houses the cards are in two, and is it the sign or the planet, so is it a transit or progression? or is it a sun/moon sign of someone? or a point in your chart? I got man and Tree, and it pointed to mars in virgo , i have this in my natal chart, and mars is also currently in retrograde in virgo....so is it the transit or the natal chart, thats where it gets interesting
