What's Your Card . . . and where do you find it?

How do you find current age/year chart?
This is the 90 spreads/plates set.
**online calculation page has been removed
http://www.sageasita.com/mystic-quadrate-system.html

Most of the various authors sell a set, but the prices will vary. Some prefer color like Sharon Jeffers ($52) but I went for low-cost in b&w. Iain McLaren-Owens set is $12.00 [SS: 4] Pure, Life and Age Spreads or $19.00 [SS: 8CD] Magian Cardology Card Chart Tables (PDF on CD) which adds a lot of other related info.

kaleanna, do you have any of the books at all?
http://www.tarotforum.net/showpost.php?p=2577231&postcount=16

Don't forget that your local library might be able to order a copy in from other branches if you don't have the cash.

ETA: I found the thread where I posted my keywords paired with the Neopets TCG characters (that part can be ignored) so I don't have to re-type it!

http://www.metasymbology.com/symbols.html expands on the suits and pip numbers.

Day Periods

The first 2 levels of dividing the year (from your birthday to your birthday) are the 52-day and the 28-day.

52 x 7 (with a day left over- Joker)
uses the Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune cards from your chart

28 x 13 (with a day left over- Joker)
uses every card beginning with the Sun/Birth all the way out through the Earth card

The card lasts for that entire period of days. So, you get 52 days under your Mercury card, the next 52 under your Venus card, etc.

At the same time, you are running the 28 days: the first 28 are your Sun/birth card. The next 28 are under the Mercury card, etc.

 I found an online calculator! It will be a bit tedious going bit by bit, but it is an option for those with no books or PDF documents.

Note: Feb 29 (Leap Day) is not a feature in these day-periods unless you happen to be born on it.
Using a calendar year that has a Leap Day will throw off the dates for the months following.

These are small screenshots from Iain McLaren-Owens' SS 8 Magian Card Tables to show the divisions.

To see your Life Path Chart, you find the card for your birthday and then record the 12 cards following it to the Left and down.

Example: April 26 ~ 8 clubs

8:club: ~ Sun aka Birth card
6:diamond: ~ Mercury
4:spade: ~ Venus
10:heart: ~ Mars
10:diamond: ~ Jupiter
8:swords: ~ Saturn
A:heart: ~ Uranus
A:diamond: ~ Neptune
Q:diamond: ~ Pluto **this is where the inclusion & terminology varies between authors
5:heart: ~ Bacchus
3:club: ~ Vulcan
3:spadet: ~ Moon
9:heart: ~ Earth

The next thing I do is see how many are the same suit or number.

4 hearts, 2 clubs, 4 diamonds, 3 spades
two each: Ace, 3, 8

OK...did I do this right? Is this my Life Path Chart?

You can see the graphic for your Life Path in post #9 of this thread:
http://www.tarotforum.net/showthread.php?t=167048
*see the lower cards that are all grayed? Follow them for the order Left to Right, down 1 row & Left to Right again, etc.
your Mercury (2nd card) is the 6:diamond:
your Venus is the 4:spade:

your Neptune is the A:diamond:
your Pluto is the Q:diamond:

your Earth is the 9:heart: (see the little end mark?)

ETA: You are in Jupiter and Uranus day periods right now.

You've run "backwards" there. You can see the graphic for your Life Path in post #9 of this thread:

ROTFLMAO...I WAS there. I thought to ask you about the proper direction, and then I didn't. I'm gonna edit up there to make it right.

In the mean time...How do the astrological symbols to the right interact? That has stumped me. I have a bunch of cards on the Jupiter line.

Is this the right thread to post this in?

Yes, this is the "mechanics" thread.
On a basic level, the symbols for the rows & columns are coordinate markers to help define the energies moving through whatever card will occupy that particular square. (Stay with me.)
The symbols along the bottom brings that energy in; those for the side show the energy flowing out. And whatever card sits there receives and then expresses. *It is the card that is most important!

In the early writers' days (back when they used only 8 cards for a Life Path) they considered the 8:club: as being the most blessed, since Jupiter is a Benificent planet. The way I look at it is that the 8:club: goes All Out in what it does- expanding to the maximum point. The downside is getting stretched too thin.

Having the extended cards on the Saturn line reminds the 8:club: that work is desirable and necessary. Many 8:club: are workaholics in whatever they choose to be involved..
