'Inner Guide Meditation' by Edwin C Steinbrecher

I've recently read the book 'Inner Guide Meditation' by Edwin C Steinbrecher. I've done a search here, and have found it recommended in two different threads by the same person, Teheuti (Mary K Greer). It would be interesting to compare thoughts on this book with anyone who has read it, particularly those who have used the Inner Guide Meditation techniques described in the book.
