I ordered the majors yesterday from Aunia Kahn's Lowbrow website, which site offers to sell you the book, the deck, or both. The deck cost a bit more than at Amazon ($26 inc. postage) but Amazon's being coy for some reason and I'm bored with the whole matter. If anybody's interested I'll post when the deck arrives.
