10 of swords - The golden spiral

job

Unless its just me! But there is a golden spiral there.

As we're also dealing with straight lines we can also assume that there's a point of convergence (vanishing point) somewhere below the dead fellow.

So I don't know if he's 'dead' or if something beautiful/meaningful/perfect/ artistic is working through him.

We can also safely assume that its female.

(Yikes! Late for work! Got to go!)

As simply "The 10 of Swords" any style of card image
still must represent that suit and element, however
you decide they correspond with various attributions.

The 10 of Swords is not this picture. This picture is
The 10 of Swords ~follow along with that, it's easy.

You can base your meanings on what you know about
this card and then when viewing this image develop it.

I don't understand. You mean that there's a different images of the 10 swords?

Inside your mind, yes. Hold the card in your hands
and look at it for a few seconds, and then close
your eyes and try to imagine it. You are the artist!

We don't see as much as we think we do, because
there is a screen of consciousness (really it's true)
that filters details. The mind's selective to the point
of being dull...we have to push ourselves to enliven
our perceptions ~ grab the essence of the moment.

I'm flabbergasted!

Female? How's that? I always thought of the fellow on the 10 of swords as male (being an ardous watcher of CSI, I presume that 10 men would not waste 10 swords on a woman).

I'm not saying the man is a woman!

Okay you watch CSI, well I was thinking "out the box".

A good artist will know about the vanishing point (V.P) because without it you could not draw things in perspective. If you follow the lines of the swords down, you arrive at a v.p. Making a shape like a 'V'. Hence that's why I said "We can also safely assume that its female." power/entity/whatever.

And of course a good artist would know about the golden spiral as so many great artists and architects have employed it in their works.

When a picture is constructed an artist can build it up in any number of ways eg. breaking the picture up into squares, triangles etc.
Pamela has a certain style and clearly knows her craft.

When I first saw the card 10 of swords I thought "Beware of intellectual stagnation". But hey I'm putting my artist cap on.
It's like taking a master's painting and viewing it under a different light to see how it was constructed or what was going through his/her mind, and usually its quite different to what is on the surface.

As I said I was thinking "Out the box" and trying to avoid getting dragged down by words.

Pamela could wear any hat she wished to!

Isn't it revealing (about ourselves) when we realise
how many different "hats" we wear? When I write~
and here I mean professionally (thirty years worth)
the first thing I do is figure out what "hat" to wear!
