Just a couple of things:
Some women find Black Cohosh helpful, but it is contra-indicated for some groups - please check before taking it.
Another herb you could try instead is Sage. Comes in capsules, very effective
I'm finding Fire Agate useful too (thank you very much to the AT-er who sent me some recently. )I'm assuming it's absorbing, or I 'think' it is so it works!
