Constellation *SPREAD

Tongodiva

You this just occurred to me this morning as I woke up, and I'm sure it is an old Idea but it's new to me! Has anyone ever done a spread in the shape of the constellation of your querent's zodiac? I'd really love to see what the spreads look like and what each card represented :)

setting them up

Cool idea! But, how would you go about specifying which stars to use? And in which order to lay them?

For instance, I have a book "Stars and Planets" by Ian Ridpath. (DK Publishing, ISBN: 0789435217) There is a graph showing many stars and an inset of the shape with its main stars.

My constellation Gemini is on page 96. The inset has 13.

Aries, page 68 has 6.
Taurus, page 132 has 17.
*Gemini
Cancer, page 72 has 6.
Leo, page 103 has 16.
Virgo, page 140 has 18.
Libra, page 105 has 8.
Scorpio, page 126 has 17.
Sagittarius, page 124 has 23.
Capricorn, page 75 has 9.
Aquarius, page 66 has 19.
Pisces, page 120 has 13.

Thanks for the reference, Rodney! I'm very intrigued to see that book in comparison to the astronomical info.
