Stalked by 8 of wands and the world

My first post in this thread so here it goes

I have been doing 3 card spreads for myself for
What to expect for April 2017

Focus is different time frames
1st half
2nd half
And whole of April
To see if there is a pattern

Each time i shuffle

Regardless of time
8 of wands jumps out immediately
Follwed by the world falling either over the top
Or next to it

My actual april cards are mainly pentacles

So
8 of wands i usually see as an exciting message
In writing - perhaps text or email
Or i see it is flying - travel rhrough the air

The world i see as the happy end of a cycle
Or again travel

So perhaps i will get an excoting message which involves travelling
Or a message that will provide a happy conclusion to a cycle
As my April cards are pentacles - perhaps affecting my work or finances

Any thoughts?

In 33 days or less, you'll hopefully have an answer as to what those two cards are trying to tell you.

I would say the 8W is telling you that something is going to happen quickly in April. Since most of the cards in the spread (and thanks for not mentioning them) are Pentacles, that could be related to health or the body in addition to money. (I tend to associate Wands with work, unless your work involves physical labor.) Are there any situations in your life that revolve around any of those topics and that seem to have been moving very slowly of late? There might be sudden movement in one of those areas.

The World ends the Majors, so it represents a level of completion. So the acceleration of the 8W may get you to a place you've been wanting to get to.

For example, if you've been trying to lose weight and things seem to have plateaued for you, the 8W represents an acceleration of your weight loss, and the World represents you reaching your goal (or at least a goal that you're happy with). Or if you've been trying to save money for something, there may be a sudden influx of money that helps you reach your goal. Or on the health front, if you've been feeling sluggish, the 8W could represent a sudden burst of energy that allows you to finish some project that's been languishing.

A lot of folks don't like what I'm about to say, but more often than people would like, the cards only make sense in retrospect. So there's a chance that you won't know what the cards mean until April 30th or May 1st.

I would like to say my work is very labour intensive
Im a nurse in a major city hospital trauma ward!
And have started post grad study!
But - my career is not moving slowly

Interesting you should mention health
Have been trying to be healthier and fitter
But am yet see results although feel healthier!

My father is very ill so ponder if this is related
And money is ok - neither fast or slow
Marriage is up and down - groundhog day
So - resonate with all the above
But still unsure where it is aimed?

I did feel it was positive
Felt excited each time those cards fell out!

The message is.....

And as u feel wands are work - could there be a link with 8 of wands and work??

Lastly - is travel possible at all with this combination?

I was giving you more esoteric interpretations of the cards. Sometimes though the tarot can be quite literal. You may suddenly find yourself on top of the world (overjoyed about something). Or you may take a sudden trip to some far flung place in the world. (If you went to Antarctica or the North Pole, you'd be on top of the world.)

Travel is possible, but it wouldn't be a planned trip though. You mentioned your father is ill. Is he some distance to you? If so, you might need to travel quickly to see him.

Well you have given me great insight into reading cards and combinations
I seem to read the literal meanings and forget about reading with a more wholistic point of view
