Whatever it is, goodness gracious it's GORGEOUS! The girly gemstone lover in me is coveting one, hehehe.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was a rare mix of turquoise with something else only found in ONE mine in New Mexico. I have never seen anything like it!

the reason I'm doubtful that it is Turquoise is those bubble like dots on the side.

This stone looks like chrysocolla to me or a piece of low grade turquoise with a bad resin job (hence the bubbles). Hard to say for sure without holding it and seeing it in person.
