Where is the coin jar?

My significator is Sun which is in the 7th house Aquarius and the missing item's sig is the ruler of the 2nd house Virgo which is Mercury also found in the 7th, but our sigs don't aspect and mine is at 29 degrees about to move into the 8th. The coin jar belongs to my dad so it would be in my parents room (7th house) and on a high shelf (aquarius), but I've looked everywhere and found nothing
