Baffling Card Spread

"There's this little 4 card layout I do when a card completely baffles me. It goes like this:
1-the mystifying card
2-It does not mean this (2nd card)
It means this (3rd card)--------AND this (4th Card)
It usually really works well for me.
I think the deck is trying to tell us something it feels is important when it keeps popping the same card up over and over, and it isn't in context."
