Hi Jo, lunch sounds good. I just had "breakfast" a few hours ago, but will need a little something before my evening shift. Dinner tonight, 8:30 or so, will be chicken and dumplings.

Chicken and dumplings! You guys are all having such yummy things. I've still got tons of turkey to get through. How are ya Blue?

Emm, I'm sorry you're feeling hormonal. Best to just stay away from everyone when I'm like that. I tried your shuffling trick for my deck and it helped a bit. I'm going to do more shuffling today too. Thanks for the advice.

Well, I didn't have turkey on Thursday, was working, so I roasted a chicken yesterday and had some for dinner. Now I'm simmering the carcass and skin to make some broth for the dumplings.....turkey would work about the same, ya know.

I'm kind of tired today, but generally okay. How about you? Your Mom and brother still visiting?

Yep, mom and Joe are still here for the day. We're going to watch the ND game together and then they'll leave tomorrow. It goes so fast when you have company. It's been a good trip.

I'm sure it's a trip they both needed and you've all had a wonderful time!

Good luck to ND on their last regular season game! They haven't been to the championship/bowl games in quite some time, have they?

Then I could STILL run away to Stormy's and have all the visitors!

Emmsma, sorry you're having and out-of-sorts kinda day

I went and got more cauliflower and stuffing. While I was there I realized I'd gotten a pie previously too, and forgot about it...so we get PIE tonight!!

Morning folks, I'm finally awake.

Hoping that today at work is not as bad as last night. Short of actually fully breaking down, anything else will be an improvement. I hope......
