Specific "Health" spread...

After I went and looked at the huge list of spreads in another thread, I also did a search through the forum, and I could not find a spread that is specifically tailored for a "Health" question.

With that said, has anyone have a suggestion as to what spread would be the best for such a topic? If someone came to you, knowing that they weren't well, yet not sure what was exactly wrong with them and asked for a reading to see where their health was at, which spread would you use for the querant?
