Nine of Pentacles

When looking into the Nine of Pentacles the first thing that pops at me is all the yellow (creativity, intelligence, and contentment). This woman has used her discipline, and has invested wisely to make life as she has planned, and now she enjoys the fruits of her labor. The falcon on her hand represents wealth, accomplishment, and intellect. Here is another thread on the falcon: http://www.tarotforum.net/showthread.php?t=23763
Her hat and collar are red representing that she lives her passions. There are grapes and lush vegetation which are symbols of abundance. A small snail creeps across the bottom of the card, their symbol of steady footing, stability and steady progress will lead to success. They also carry their homes on their backs a symbol of security in our hearts. The number nine symbolizes attainment, intellectual power, influence, invention and vision. She has accomplished her goals, and now feels secure, and enjoys all she has earned.

Direct: Material well being, wise use of resources, increase in wealth, comfortable in current situation.

Reversed: Loss of prosperity, not happy with current situation, poor judgment, money is good (but no love in life), threat to safety.
