Friendship request spread

I just came up with a small spread for when you get a friendship request on facebook or any other social media. I'd appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.

1. The person asking. Overall view of the kind of person making the request.
2. The reason. Main purpose for making the request.
3. The consequences of accepting.
4. Outcome of friendship if you accept.
