Seriously. Ever since I linked the Hermit to Ben Kenobi, I've seen Luke hanging from that aerial under Bespin as the Hanged Man. His entire world has been turned upside down (metaphorically AND literally), and he's just made an important self-sacrifice (letting go to resist being pulled to the Dark Side).
