Scary Nightmare spread - 4 cards only, honest

rcb30872

Hi,

This spread is prompted by a friend who had a very scary nightmare, and basically wanted to pinpoint what it is all about:

1.....2.....3......4

1: What is the origin of the nightmare ?
2: Why is the nightmare so scary?
3: Is there a threat posed in the dream? If so, what is the threat?
4: How to diffuse the threat posed.

Of course, if you want to, you can use as many cards as you feel necessary in any one position.

That's a good spread. Like most, I have no idea how to even start to process nightmares.

I like this one! I have a bunch of zombie rabbits walking in my head at night, and they are going to love this spread ;)

I thought that I would add few adaptations to this, as seen in a thread in the reading exchange - by Marion:

The same outlay:
Marion said:
1: What is the origin of the nightmare ?
2: Why does the nightmare scare me so deeply?
3: Is there an issue in real life that I should handle to stop it?
4. Advice from the cards.

And this one, for recurring dreams:
Marion said:
1: What is the origin of the recurring dream?
2: What is still going on that causes the recurrance?
3: Is there an issue in real life that I should handle to stop it?
4. Advice from the cards.

Great idea, Marion :D

Bec, thank you for sharing the spread, you know... I died two times in nightmares last week, I'm kind of scared. Thanks.

Hmmm... I just stumbled across this spread. I like it. I hardly have nightmares though... But when I do, I will use this.

Hmm, I should try this. I hardly ever had nightmares but I had one last night.
