Could we use dream inspirational cards as tarot deck? What is the difference?
I'm not familiar with "dream inspirational cards" but tarot has a structure. Generally there are 78 cards comprised of 22 major arcana cards, 16 court cards and 40 minor arcana cards. The court cards and the minor arcana are divided into four suits of the elements of fire (wands), water (cups), air (swords), and earth (pentacles). Sometimes these are renamed depending on the artist's understanding. Occasionally, one may find an additional suit (spirit) in a few decks.
If Dream Inspirational Cards lack this structure, they're probably deemed "oracle" cards which can also be used for divination, but isn't considered a tarot deck.
