celtic cross spreads are not enough sometimes

I use celtic cross spreads most of the time..Its a good spread for general readings but the moment I'm asked to do a reading for specifics, the end result is not very satisfactory with celtic cross..Please can anyone put me to spreads that can be used for specifics..Specifics would include the chances of getting a job, potential marriage partner etc...
