Backs: What am I looking at here?

Fulgour

I apologize in advance for what has to be a truly silly question,
but I can't think of the deck that has a card back design I saw.

Solid cream coloured card stock backs (yellowish, gold-white)
Golden circle with squiggly rays going out (like a Sun, but not)
Golden cross in centre of circle (like a plus sign, and off-centre)

Can anyone help me identify what deck this is? I'm going batty.

:) Thanks!

Fulgour

thanks Cerulean

All I saw was XVII The Star and a card back,
and I found The Star image in Kaplan, but...
does this deck have that back?

ancient prophecy

Hi Fulgour,

I believe it is the "Ancient Prophecy"
I make scans of the back and of the star and post it soon.

with scans

Here are scans of "The ancient Prophecy":
the star, the back of the card, the front of the box it comes with and the copyright on the back of the box.
Is it what you are looking for?

A strange thing is when you look at the Emperor on the box, one would say the artwork is not bad, and it looks like a painted picture but the cards themselves are not like this!
They are colored line drawings pictures as you can see on the star.

BTW you can find more pictures on Tarotgarden (but it is mentioned as Prophesy)

coredil ~ hello! You have indeed matched the image of the backs.
Your expertise in Tarot is fast becoming remarkably formidable.
I say this from our other Forum experiences ~ and with sincerity.

Thanks Fulgour.
Glad I could help.
Now I have a question, was I completely blind or did you already post the Tarot Garden informations with the name of the deck on your previous post?
If yes, I think I begin to get much to old!!!
I can swear I didnt notice it :(

Fulgour

Now you see it...

Fear not! I place a lot of stock in things when
they turn invisible and then reappear again. ;)
I honestly think of it as a sign from my guides.

coredil

Phew!

A big sigh of relief ;)

Now please could you reveal me how on earth can you edit your post without this "Last edited ... " notice appearing?

PS. Uups! I just have edited and the notice does not appear, I have no clue why.

PPS. Whats that? The second time I have edited, the notice appears !?!
