'Progression of Illness/What to do' spread?

This may be totally unorthodox, but does anyone know of a tarot spread that tells you about an illness and its possible progression, and anything that may have been missed, or can be done to help? I have a very sick cat (yes a cat) on my hands, and we know what's wrong, but we're at a loss as to what to do, other than the obvious with the vet and meds etc.

Just wondering if anyone has ever used tarot for illness/health questions and if so, what spread they used.
