Recurring card spread

I am pretty sure there is a spread to get the meaning of a recurring card, but I am not able to find it. Does anyone know the name or the link? Thank you for your help. Peace,

Your meanings of that card pondered in reference to oneself.
Something that you need to understand about yourself.
A personal blockage.

Method,
Simply hold that cards image in the mind and let what happens ,happen.
