Creating a new deck

I have a concept of a deck, but I don't know where to start. Any tips?

And then...... just START. Doesn't matter which card is done first. Do up sketches beforehand, pick the medium (color pencil, inks, oils, pastel, watercolor, etc.) and start.

And maybe you don't even need to draw. WRITE the cards, and see how it goes.
