Hello,
I am wondering about the different meanings behind the 5 of swords- rider Waite deck.
I have heard the definitions about deceit and treachery and winning a victory that may not be what it seems. What about in a reading that's a bit more light hearted. I did s reading to see what would happen between 2 people who like each other but are not in a relationship. Surrounding cards were positive. But in the context where 2 people do not know each other very well and like each others company, even though it's casual and friendly. So what would the 5 of swords mean?
I'm thinking maybe a delay of some sort? Or maybe one of them tries to somehow manipulate the other ? Maybe a game of power struggle? Maybe they gave their own personal battles to fight?
Any thoughts?
