Anyone ever get 6/Coins Rx and Judgment?

6/Coins Rx + Judgment = ?

On the theme of waiting on someone you have feelings for, the 6/Coins Rx is reiterating that that person isn't responding yet, but the judgment is what I'm having a hard time with. Is it you reflecting on the past, or letting it go and moving on? Does the combo mean things don't work out?

I didn't get the death/tower card or 3/Swords or 10/Swords in the overall reading, so I can't see it being a terrible combo. But maybe I'm wrong?
