Question what are your five most fav' decks?

Emily

My 5 Favourite decks:-

1 - Morgan Greer - This deck will always be special just because I love it.

2 - The Tarot of the Old Path - New deck that has opened my eyes to new ideas and feelings about certain cards.

3 - DruidCraft - I love the style of artwork and the fact that its so easy to see the symbolism in what is a very inspirational deck.

4 - RWS - Mainly because its took me a few years to really appreciate this deck.

5 - Gilded - Again because I like the artwork and its so easy to use.

I could have picked more than 5 - Thoth - because its such a challenge, Herbal because its teaching me about herbs.

Cerulean

I thought of my must-keeps...only came up with categories

1. Visconti, early to mid 1970's print run...

2. Earliest Rider Waites that I can find...might include Albano and University, could be cheating...

3. Lismon Ettella II with Book of Thoth (Julia Orsini)

4. Stairs of Gold--big debate on this, but this one will echo all the others that I would lose out on...but I would forever sigh for my Di Gumppenberg and Ferrara reprint decks...

5. A Thoth, earliest that I can get my hands on...this might include the silly green one, so I'm really cheating.

I see that I have more than five, so will say that I am not playing right!

Golden (Kat Black) This one is on my fav list for several reasons, all of which lead to it being "The Deck".

Greenwood it resonates on a level that makes me really explore the cards.

Universal Waite The gentle colors make it the one version that doesn't make me cringe

Russian St Pete The rock people.

Whatever is the current newbie...At the time of this post Labyrinth

Here's my... er... 5 cents.

1. Tarot of Dreams
2. Gilded Tarot
3. Celtic Dragon Tarot
4. Fey Tarot
5. Osho Zen Tarot

They all have beautiful and deeply symbolic imagery. I don't know what else to say about them other than that.

WolfSpirit

DruidCraft - my main deck, beautiful, earthy, inspirational, easy to use

Animals Divine - beautiful artwork, love the theme of the deck, but I have not fully explored it yet

Hermetic - my latest deck, most detailed, full of symbols, still studying it

Animal Wise - my old faithfull, not particularly pretty deck but I love Ted Andrews

Halloween (this month) - I have always found this deck easy to use, and it has a great sense of humour.

Only Five??????????
My five for the moment are:
Ironwing -- the only deck that I could do purely intuitive readings with
very easy to get lost in the images on the card.
LS Secret -- great minors
Ancient Egyptian -- reads well and I like how it shows normal? egyptian
life.
Vision Quest -- my comfort deck, soothing images
Oracle Decks
Fairy Oracle -- my friends -- goes great with the Fey Tarot
Mantegna Tarot -- usually I draw a card a day to complete my tarot
reading for the day.
