Just came up with this as a focus for looking into online services. A quick three card spread. Lay out three cards.
1- The items. What condition will they be in? Is everything as it should be? Even better?
2- Customer service. How is the customer service?
3- Shipping. Quick? Slow? Poorly packaged? Is it going to get lost? Is the packaging just right?
Could be used before using a service that one's never used before, or shortly after ordering from a place after any number of orders as a heads up for what to expect.
