Customize your own RWS deck?

I was doing a search for making custom Tarot decks and I came across this link:

If you scroll down past the 'Custom Tarot Cards with Custom Faces' section there is also a 'Customize stock RWS with custom backs and boxes'.

Legal? Illegal?

hmmm...one of the pics they show is the Nigel Jackson tarot, an OOP deck published by Llewelyn..not sure THAT is legal!!

And the RWS they show looks like the Radiant.

Can't imagine US Games giving the go-ahead for that (you know how fiercely they protect *their* RWS).

They do say, "If you would like to submit designs for use as stock faces and get paid a licensing fee for their use on promotional tarot decks - please email us." So maybe they're paying USG a licensing fee to use the Radiant Waite (and pocket at that if I'm reading the text correctly).
