7th house is a major dispositor for you...meaning relationships are the root of all your life events. Things will play out through all types of relationships.

10th house is also the second major dispositor....so these could be relationship through work or even the relationship with your father is the root.

Rahu and sun is in the 9th house which is a house that can represent father figures. Sun is exalted in aries if I remember correctly. Rahu and Sun are enemies.. rahu eclipse the sun. But since the sun is exalted. It makes me think your father was more than likely overbearing he might have even been the type to have a dominating personality and also the center of attention type person.

Venus is in the 10th house in it's own sign taurus.. this could be that your career will be something that involves more of venus qualities. This could be working with woman, love, beauty, creativity, sexuality, counseling, even money.

Rahu and Sun are together in 9th house ruled by Aries. Sun is strengthened when in sign of Aries. In addition Sun also represents our ego and our father. Rahu with Sun might indicated an overbearing father and he might have even been the lime-light attention type person (big personality). Sun is also our ego and can indicate an "inflated ego." I've seen Sun more likely indicate father roles who have affected our ego (made it strong or fragile.) Rahu is the giver, rahu is also an eclipse of the moon. This can make rahu eclipse the sun but because the Sun is strengthened in Aries.. I doubt rahu could eclipse it much.
The depositor ends in 5th house this can show...

Making rahu your ascendent...that would shows that during this period you are learning about yourself through relationships. Rahu is in 1st...rahu is the giver. 1st house is about self. Ketu is in 7th which is about all types of relationships. Ketu is the taker. So there is a strong lesson tied to you and your relationships in understanding self and why you are here. Rahu is also with sun in your rasi and Sun is rahu's enemy...so it eclipse it. Sun is also exalted in Aries.

Hope you don't mind me crashing your thread only briefly.

no it's fine. And it is awesome your father is a vedic astrologer! Hello to your Father.

I actually used this free vedic software someone recommended I have to say it is really good so far.

I have windows 10 and it works very well on it.

So if he decides to download it and give it a try. The whole block of different charts your father saw is under the "Chakras" tab.

Also you can change the language of the software if he needs a different language.

I hope he ends up liking it....the dasha system is really detailed...goes all the way down the deha antardashas

I am still just at the maha and anatardasha level.

Age 24

I found an interesting way to predict an event around the age of 24 (it's 24 of age in vedic calculation so I assume around 23 or 25)

Jupiter is in 7th house
12th from Jupiter is Capricorn (saturn)
Original house of Capricorn is 10th house
Saturn is placed in the 4th house (ketu is 12th from...so some type of loss/spirituality...this is in the 3rd house)

10th house= Represents profession, career, vocation, promotion, livelihood, power, fame, public esteem, status, position, honor, karma in life, character, authority, government, employer, living abroad, ambition, next birth, happiness from male progeny, debts
4th house=Represents mother, happiness, upbringing, relatives, friends, supporters, basic education, vehicles and conveyances, domestic peace, mind, mental peace, spiritual life, confidence, righteous conduct, close of life, comforts, luxuries, country of birth, immovable properties, real estate, land, wells and tanks, house, home, assets

I think this might have been that you moved away to live abroad. This is shown by Ketu...separation. You separated from your country of birth/homeland/relatives to lived abroad

or

Separation from your home for career/vocation

Mercury is located in 8th house (Represents longevity, research, interest in mystical sciences, occult, MOKSHA, inner and outer transformations, past and future events, inheritance, death, will and testament, insurances, easy gains, marital-tie, vulnerability, fear, accidents, obstructions, litigation, bankruptcy, theft, losses, misfortunes, disgrace, disappointments )

This could indicate that your family had to deal with a dispute pertaining to will & testaments. The reason I think your family had to deal with dispute pertaining to will and testament is that moon is in the virgo house. Moon is a symbol of mother figures. Virgo is the original ruler of 6th house would could indicate opposition.

Alternatively it might indicate some advance education that deals with mystical science/occult. This could be forms of healing.
