"Guy" Decks?

Thanks for the suggestion. I looked at this one when it was first announced. It would be nice to see larger images of the cards. What caused me to hesitate up front was that many of the cards seem more "misty" or "watery" than I like. The backs, however, are quite striking.

Yes. They are painted, so they are more blurry than other mediums. However, this also creates particularly fiery orangey-red wands, and very leafy green coins.

I don't have many decks but I do have The Tabula Mundi and I think these images are more than acceptable for the more manly types among us

Agreed. But I'm not sure I want the manly types to manhandle those precious cards! :D I need an easily replaceable "beer-and-pretzels" deck.

The Daniloff is magnificent but a bit pricey for me. I've looked at it longingly many time before, but can't quite do it.

The second and third editions are cheaper than the first one.
