Increase your awareness that you need to work some points of your body.

- 7. Legs ( I see my leg muscles like )
- 8. Abdominal muscles ( I see my abdominal muscles like )
- 9. My Coach Advice ( The type of muscle training that fits me best are those that stimulate me in this way )

If you draw this different cards, we get this different message.

- 9. Hermit ( You need to do yoga )
- 9. King of swords ( You need to lift heavy weights, in a gym, or in home or exercises that the principal is " Strength")

-> I use phrases in the affirmative because its more easy to us to put the cards and see an answer.
-> You can use only majors if you like.

Exercise Spreads

I came up with these a while ago. Very simple, but effective I think. This spread can be done one of two ways.

First spread's position meanings:
1. Status - Where you're at in your fitness.
2. Resource - What you have to work with.
3. Plateau - Where/why you have plateaued.
4. Advice - Advice on overcoming your plateau.

Second spread's position meanings:
1. Body - Your level of exercise.
2. Mind - Your level of fitness knowledge.
3. Heart - Your level of effort.
4. Spirit - Your level of motivation.
