I was experimenting with my Thoth and RWS decks, asking the same questions and laying spreads. And the cards would respond of the same rank. Same positions. What surprised me: if I get Lust XI in Thoth, at the same position RWS's Justice (XI) would appear, and not Strength (VIII), stressing in some way the numerical sequential dominance over the cards's story. And Adjustment VIII from Thoth would evoke Strength from RWS ???
What never stops to amaze me is exactly the same set and position of cards coming into layout time after time, telling the same thing, after shuffling and shuffling

Yes, it has happened to me often.
It means the universe is trying to tell you something, give you a message that it is important for you to learn. If you keep getting the same message (Card) if because you have not yet understood the message the universe is trying to get you to see, or have not yet learnt it. Once you do, the card should not show up anymore, not never of course, but not with the regularity it is now.
